HOW MUCH DO SERVICES COST?

Packages are priced based on style of service, type of event, guest count, and staffing needs. Let us know what you have in mind for your event and we can put together a proposal that fits your vision & budget.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• Professional bar team (1 bartender per 60 guests and 1 on-site manager)

• Bar tools, ice & chilling vessels, disposable drinkware, black cocktail napkins, drink listing

• Fresh-squeezed juices, syrups, bitters, assorted garnishes, soda & tonic water, ginger beer, canned soft drinks, filtered water station

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU SERVE?

We do not require a minimum guest count and welcome smaller gatherings such as intimate dinners or VIP events. For weddings & other large celebrations, we can accommodate as many as 250 guests. For private cocktail classes, attendance is limited to 6 guests.

IS ALCOHOL INCLUDED?

At this time, we are not permitted to provide alcohol. That said, we provide a detailed shopping list with liquor & quantity recommendations, as well as help source specialty ingredients & offer order pickup/delivery service.

IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?

Crafted. is covered by general & liquor liability insurance and all team members are RBS certified. We are permitted to provide beverage service at private events where alcohol is allowed. Every venue has its own policies, so be sure to ask yours about rules around outside alcohol service. We are happy to connect with your venue personally to address any questions or concerns.
